Governor John B. Skebong: My duties and responsibilities as State Governor shall take positive action to attain these goals and objectives and to implement the State policies, conservation of a beautiful, healthful and resourceful natural environment of Ngaremlengui State; and to promote state economy; and to protect the safety and security of people and their property. On behalf of the people of Ngaremlengui State, I want to take this opportunity to welcome all of you, as well as our foreign guests, to visit the bueatiful state of Ngaremlengui. Background Information:

Governor John B. Skebong has been elected by the people of Ngaremlengui for the office of the Governor since 1992. During his time as Governor, he has built and implemented the following projects in the state for the benefit of the Ngaremlengui people such as: 1) Old Age Center;
2) Youth Center Kursii Inn; 3) New Dock Extention; 4) Dock Waiting House and 2 shower rooms; 5) Sunset Beach; 6) Ngaremlengui Fishing Co-op & Gas Station; 7) Abai Kitchen Ongesang; 8) State Abai Extention; 9) Abai Renovatoin and Improvement; 10) Power Plant House; 11) Basketball Court & Houses; 12) Baseball Field and houses; 13) Old Age new Dock and Beach Dock; 14) Club house for youth; 15) Multi purposes State Captial Building;
16) Uluwang Part rest house; 17) Build the Road to the follwoing areas: Yamato to Ngaremeskang bridge, Ngaremeskang to Aimeyong Hamlet, Ngchemesed Hamlet, Ngedesiur, Ngerutoed, Omchebuchel, Organic Farm, Ngedesaker to Omiongel are, Ngaremeskang bridge to Super Dispensary, to PCC Research Center and road to NIS Waterfall; 18) During summer, hire students to work and earn money for planting betelnut, coconut and mahogany trees;
19) together with the NPLA leases out the state public land for the following semi-government agencies: Super Dispensary, Palau Community College Research Center, U.N. Infrasound project, PublicSafety Sub Station Building; 20) State of Ngaremlengui make a joint venture business with the following companies: Palau Organic Farm, Palau Noni (Ngel) juice processing factory, P.T.C. Rock Quarry and Hanpa Rock Quarry.
