Koror is the center of Palau’s residential and business community. Visitors will find a variety of quality hotels, restaurants, bars, health and beauty salons, and other services to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
 
In Koror, visitors will be able to experience the beautiful Rock Islands, where world class scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, fishing, and kayaking are certain to make any visit to Koror both spectacular and unforgettable.
 
Koror State Government is made up of three main bodies or branches of government: the House of Traditional Leaders (appointed by traditional manner), the Legislature (popularly elected), and the Executive Branch headed by the Governor (elected at large). Koror State Government’s primary objective is to promote and provide for the peace, security, health, and welfare of its residents and guests, while protecting and preserving its environment. Toward this end, Koror State creates and enforces laws and regulations aimed at keeping Koror beautiful, safe, and open to the citizens and guests of Palau to experience and enjoy.
