TUBERCULOSIS ELIMINATION PROGRAM

The Tuberculosis Program is administered within the Bureau of Public Health, located at the Public Health/Community Health Center (PH/CHC) building.   It operates in conjunction with all the other programs composing the Communicable Disease Control Unit.   This program and agreement allows Palau to continue to work toward the goal of reducing the case rate of TB.

 IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM

Immunization is perhaps the most important program within the Bureau of Public Health.   With Financial and Direct assistance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Immunization Program, Palau has been able to maintain the immunization coverage for all people.
