Mission
"To promote the concept of a "Healthy Island", by reducing tobacco consumption in all its form, and eliminating exposure to secondhand smoke through comprehensive strategies."

Vision
"Palau a "Healthy Island", where individuals and communities are free from tobacco's addiction, and the effects of its use, and are not exposed to secondhand smoke."

PROGRAM GOALS
•  Eliminate Exposure to Secondhand Smoke.
•  Prevent Initiation of Tobacco Use Among Young People.
•  Promote Tobacco Use Cessation Among Young People and Adults.
•  Identify and Eliminate Disparities Among Populations.

The key activities to achieve our goals are through Community Intervention and Mobilization, Counter-Marketing, Policy/Environmental Change, and Surveillance and Evaluation.
