Roles & Responsibilities
Establish and carry-out appropriate assessment processes of public school teachers and students; improve and expand educational research and development capacities; evaluate instructional materials for inclusion in school curricula at all levels of the education system; assess and evaluate the validity of the current curricula and recommend appropriate improvements; identify research issues and conduct appropriate research; assess student performances; assess student and parental satisfaction with educational programs; assess progress of the Ministry in meeting its goals and objectives; and initiate appropriate public relations functions for the Ministry.
